Coworking semantics
Desk rental, meeting room, day pass — minus «become freelancer».
A hot desk at 600K UZS and a 12-person office at 20M UZS are two products — one campaign sends your sales team the wrong enquiries
A freelancer searching “hot desk Mirabad” compares price, Wi-Fi and quiet. A startup searching “office for 10 people” checks capacity, meeting room and contract term. Different people, different tickets, different landings. I split formats into campaigns: hot desk, fixed desk, hourly meeting room, team office — with price on the landing and “book a tour”. Negatives cut “buy office” and residential rent. Geo around your location. Anti-fraud blocks clicks from neighbouring spaces. The account is yours.

Desk rental, meeting room, day pass — minus «become freelancer».
Headlines: day/month, Wi‑Fi, meeting room.
Form — same rates as in the ad.

// Ads · Coworking
Coworking competes not only with other spaces but with “office rent” and “buy apartment for office” queries. Broad semantics pulls people hunting property, not a desk. Hot desk runs 500–800K UZS/month; a 10-person office 15–30M. Mixing them in one campaign brings “how much for a meeting room per hour” instead of residents.
Hot desk is searched by freelancers: price, internet speed, can they work in quiet. Team office brings startups asking “for 5–10 people” with a monthly contract. Meeting rooms are hourly — different CPL, online booking needed. Each format gets its own keywords, ads and landing with transparent pricing.
KPI is a tour or desk booking enquiry. I link clicks to forms, Telegram admin and call tracking, send conversions to Google Ads API. After three weeks you see which format pays off — and budget shifts there.
Three channels. Search — the person types a query. Network and social — interest-based delivery. Meta Ads — Instagram and Facebook through Ads Manager.

Google Ads
Google Search & partners
Ads in Google Search and partner sites: someone searches for a service — sees your offer.

Same for audiences on Yandex: search and display network.

Ads Manager: audiences, pixel, Lead Ads or site traffic. Feed management is not part of this service.
Up to 20% of ad budget can go to bots, competitors and accidental clicks. The system automatically blocks suspicious traffic — you only pay for real people. Setup is one line of code: no site edits, no new services. Works with WordPress, Tilda, Next.js, React and any site where you can paste a tag.
Your money goes to real customers, not bots and competitors.
The system finds all buttons, forms and links on its own. You see which page the click came from and which element was clicked.
Recognizes repeat visitors even when they switch Wi-Fi or carrier. Bots and competitors blocked automatically.
Mouse movement, click speed, time on page — dozens of signals to tell humans from bots.
If a visitor click-frauds one site — they're blocked across all your projects at once.
Our own system on our servers — not a black box. You see every visit, every click and every block reason in real time, not «they sent a report once a month».
Screenshots from a live Google Ads account: the “Total invalid clicks” column. Our rules catch click fraud; IPs and devices go to exclusion lists — Google marks invalid clicks and refunds part of the spend.
Campaign and client names are redacted. Numbers come from the Google Ads report for the selected period — not industry averages.

Ad CTR doesn’t fill the space. Every tour enquiry is tied to format (hot desk / office / meeting room) and source; conversions feed the ad account.

Real inquiries automatically go to Google Ads and train the algorithms — ads find your customers more accurately. Blocked IPs sync to the exclusion list without manual work. Value-Based Bidding supported: Google gets not «an inquiry happened», but its real business value.
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.
Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
