Medical semantics
Specialties, symptoms with commercial intent, no self-treatment.
“Urgent ultrasound” and “cardiologist appointment” — different people, different ads; one budget can’t mix them
Medical ads on Google are stricter than typical business: no cure promises, no “100% results”, but honest booking and diagnostics copy works. I build campaigns by service line — ultrasound, lab, therapy, cardiology, gynaecology — with wording that passes review first time. Urgent “tests today” queries get call extensions and short landings; planned care goes to doctor and price pages. Informational “what is MRI” traffic is cut with negatives or a low-bid side campaign.

Specialties, symptoms with commercial intent, no self-treatment.
Headlines: visit, diagnostics, ultrasound — no treatment promises.
Booking form and call — Primary in account, not page views.
Since 2018 — 50+ projects across Uzbekistan. 10 companies in active parallel support. No subcontractors, no agency markup: brief, development, ads and support — handled personally.

“Cured in 3 days” gets rejected and can flag the whole account. What works: “book an appointment”, “ultrasound diagnostics”, “experienced doctor”. Meanwhile an “ultrasound Tashkent” click costs like dentistry, and half the traffic is symptom googling, not clinic shopping. Without splitting commercial and informational intent, budget disappears.
“Stomach pain” and “annual check-up” aren’t the same audience. The first calls within an hour; the second compares prices all week. Cardiology and gynaecology need different hours, fears and headlines. I build semantics by service line, not the word “clinic”.
Clinics often see 200 clicks and 3 bookings because conversion isn’t wired. Forms without gclid, calls without tracking, reception never asks “how did you hear about us”. I tie ads to booking, count CPL for cardiology separately from ultrasound, and cut what doesn’t pay back.
Three channels. Search — the person types a query. Network and social — interest-based delivery. Meta Ads — Instagram and Facebook through Ads Manager.

Google Ads

Ads in Google Search and partner sites: someone searches for a service — sees your offer.

Up to 20% of ad budget can go to bots, competitors and accidental clicks. The system automatically blocks suspicious traffic — you only pay for real people. Setup is one line of code: no site edits, no new services. Works with WordPress, Tilda, Next.js, React and any site where you can paste a tag.
Your money goes to real customers, not bots and competitors.
The system finds all buttons, forms and links on its own. You see which page the click came from and which element was clicked.
Recognizes repeat visitors even when they switch Wi-Fi or carrier. Bots and competitors blocked automatically.
Mouse movement, click speed, time on page — dozens of signals to tell humans from bots.
If a visitor click-frauds one site — they're blocked across all your projects at once.
Our own system on our servers — not a black box. You see every visit, every click and every block reason in real time, not «they sent a report once a month».
Screenshots from a live Google Ads account: the “Total invalid clicks” column. Our rules catch click fraud; IPs and devices go to exclusion lists — Google marks invalid clicks and refunds part of the spend.
Campaign and client names are redacted. Numbers come from the Google Ads report for the selected period — not industry averages.

In healthcare the KPI is an appointment, not CTR. Click → form or call → visit. Conversions feed Google Ads API so the algorithm learns from patients, not browsers.

Real inquiries automatically go to Google Ads and train the algorithms — ads find your customers more accurately. Blocked IPs sync to the exclusion list without manual work. Value-Based Bidding supported: Google gets not «an inquiry happened», but its real business value.
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.
Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
