Telegram bot for an education centre from placement test to trial lesson
Parents and students each get their own flow, and the administrator gets a ready request with level and preferred time
An education centre hears from two different people: the parent who chooses and pays, and the student who will attend. The bot separates them straight away: parents see courses, formats, pricing on request and trial lesson booking; students take a short placement test. The administrator receives a card with the course, test result, age and preferred time. When the schedule changes or a class is cancelled, the bot messages only the group affected.

An enquiry to an education centre means two people and three decisions
Parents ask about price, schedule and who teaches. Students want to know their level and avoid a group that is either boring or too hard. When both write into one chat with the administrator, the conversation drags on for days. The bot asks who is writing in its first message and guides each along their own path: parents see the course structure, formats — group, one-to-one, online — and a trial lesson button, while students take the test right in Telegram.
The placement test is the centre's main filter. It shows not just the level but which group the person can realistically join. Your methodologist provides the questions and scale; the bot scores the result and passes it to the administrator along with age, goal — exam, school, work, relocation — and preferred days. The trial lesson is booked into a slot with a free seat, not into a group that is already full. The day before, the bot sends a reminder with the address or the online lesson link.
After enrolment the bot becomes the channel to each group. A teacher is ill, a class is moved, the centre is closed for a holiday — only the people concerned receive the message, with parents and students addressed separately. Once a month the bot reminds about payment with a Payme or Click link. Announcements of new courses go out in segments: the next level for those who finished one, the nearest group start for those who asked but did not enrol.

How an education centre bot is built
The centre manages courses, groups and tests — the bot reads them from a spreadsheet or CRM. The interface runs in Russian and Uzbek, with English available for language schools.

- Group and teacher database as the source of free seats for trial lessons
- Administrator alerts for new requests and test results, repeated if nobody reacts
- Handoff to a manager with chat history for detailed programme questions
- Base segments: parents, students, groups, levels, graduates
- UTM and enquiry source: ads, Instagram, website, referral

Cost depends on the task
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.

Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
What we promise — and keep
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
