Telegram bot for a beauty salon that books clients while stylists work
Clients pick the stylist and time themselves — the front desk sees a confirmed booking, not “anything tomorrow after six?”
Salons get most messages in the evening and on weekends, exactly when nobody is there to reply. The bot shows services with their duration, the stylists and only the free slots from the shared calendar, takes a name and phone number and, where needed, a deposit via Payme or Click. A day and two hours before the visit it sends a reminder with a reschedule button. After the set number of weeks it offers a repeat visit with the same stylist. Tricky cases — colour from a photo, fixing another salon's work — go to the administrator with the chat history.

Why salons lose bookings in the evening, not during the day
Most “do you have a slot” questions arrive after the administrator has gone home or while they are busy at the desk. By the time they reply in the morning, the client has booked next door. The bot answers at once and never argues with the schedule: it reads the same calendar the stylists work from and locks the slot the moment it is confirmed. Double bookings caused by a notebook plus Instagram Direct disappear once everyone edits one place.
An empty hour in a stylist's day costs more than a shortage of new leads, because it cannot be sold at the last minute. So the scenario follows a calm rhythm — a confirmation with address and rules, a reminder a day before, a short note two hours before. The reschedule button matters more than the wording: a client who cannot make it frees the slot far more often when no call is required. Deposits are switched on selectively — for long treatments, new clients from ads and peak evenings, not for everyone.
The second pillar of a salon is repeat visits. The bot remembers the service and stylist and, after the set interval, invites the client back with the nearest free slots. Broadcasts go out in segments: one message for colouring clients, another for those who have not been in for a while. The ad UTM stays in the client card, so you can see which campaign brings people who actually make it to the chair.

What is inside a salon bot
The framework is shared, the content is yours: price list, stylists, durations and cancellation rules. The interface runs in Russian or Uzbek — the client chooses.

- Stylists' calendar as the single source of slots — Google Calendar, CRM or a booking module
- Administrator alert for every booking and reschedule, repeated if nobody reacts
- “Message the administrator” button — the chat moves to a person with its full history
- Client card: service, stylist, source, UTM, next visit date
- Monitoring every 5 minutes and a standby server — booking does not go down on a Saturday night

Cost depends on the task
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.

Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
What we promise — and keep
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
