Telegram bot for food delivery your own order channel next to the aggregators
Menu, cart and payment right inside Telegram — and regulars repeat their favourite order with one button
Aggregators bring new customers, but regulars order wherever it is easiest. The bot gives them your own channel: a menu with photos and prices, a cart, an address with a Tashkent district picker, the delivery fee and minimum order for that zone, and payment via Payme or Click or to the courier on arrival. The customer sees the status — accepted, cooking, with the courier — while the order goes straight to the operator and the kitchen. A past order repeats in one tap, and courier questions go to a person.

Why a delivery business needs its own bot when aggregators exist
Aggregators work well for the first order: the customer does not know you yet and picks from a feed. By the second or third time, they remember your name and are ready to order directly — as long as it is no harder. The bot makes direct ordering just as simple: menu, cart, address, payment. The order reaches the operator and kitchen with the full contents, address and notes, and the base of regular customers stays with you rather than on someone else's platform.
The main mistake of in-house delivery channels is unclear terms. The bot calculates the delivery fee by district and the minimum order upfront, shows an estimated time and refuses orders to zones you do not serve. The stop list updates from an admin panel or spreadsheet: if the plov runs out at eight in the evening, nobody pays for something that is gone. At peak hours the bot shows the longer waiting time instead of promising the usual half hour.
Once the order is placed, the customer does not need to call asking where it is: the bot sends every status change. If something goes wrong — a delay, an unclear address, a dish substitution — the conversation moves to an operator, and the courier reaches the customer through the bot without sharing a personal number. Broadcasts go out in segments: lapsed customers, office lunch buyers, fans of a particular cuisine. UTM is preserved, so you can see which ads bring repeat orders, not just the first one.

What a delivery bot is made of
You manage the menu, zones and rules — in an admin panel or a familiar spreadsheet. The bot reads them from there, so no developer is needed for every price change.

- Catalogue and cart inside Telegram — no separate website or app
- Alerts to the operator and kitchen, repeated if an order is not picked up
- Handoff to an operator with the order and chat history
- Order export to a CRM, accounting system or spreadsheet — depending on what your system supports
- Monitoring every 5 minutes and a standby server in case of failure at peak time

Cost depends on the task
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.
Get the estimate within 24 hours
Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
What we promise — and keep
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
