AI bot for business that answers from your own data
Replies to customers at night and on weekends — using only what you have approved
The AI bot understands free-form questions — “narxi qancha?”, “do you deliver to Yunusabad?”, “can I pay in installments?” — and answers from your price list, FAQ and rules, not from the internet. It asks 3–5 qualifying questions, creates a CRM card with source and UTM, and hands the chat to a manager when a human is needed. I work remotely across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the CIS. Pilot on real conversations — 1–2 weeks.

How an AI bot differs from a regular button-based Telegram bot
A classic bot is a script: buttons, a quiz, pre-written branches. It works well when the customer follows a clear path — picks a service, leaves a phone number, gets a confirmation. Real conversations look different: “how much for a three-room flat with rubbish removal, and can you come on Saturday?”. A button bot replies “please choose a menu item”, and the customer leaves for a competitor who answered within a minute. An AI bot reads the whole question and answers the point.
The main risk with AI is making things up. That is why the bot does not “know everything” — it works only with your knowledge base: prices, terms, branch addresses, opening hours, delivery zones, discount rules. If the answer is not there, it does not invent one; it says it will check and passes the chat to a manager. Prices come from a sheet your staff keeps up to date, not from the model's memory. The bot never pretends to be human: asked directly, it says it is an assistant and offers a manager right away.
Launch starts with a pilot. For the first 1–2 weeks I read real conversations with you every day: where the bot was imprecise, where the knowledge base had gaps, where it called a human too early or too late. We fix the base and the handoff rules rather than “retraining the AI”. Every conversation is logged, and the API, CRM and Telegram accounts are registered to you — your data stays with you. I work the same way, remotely, with clients in Kazakhstan and across the CIS.
// UZNEO · STACK
What the AI bot is built from
Not “ChatGPT plugged into Telegram”, but a stack: knowledge base, rules, human handoff and CRM. Each layer can be checked and adjusted without a developer.

- Knowledge base — prices, FAQ, terms and addresses in a sheet your staff edits
- Language model — understands questions in Russian and Uzbek, phrases answers strictly from the base
- Rules and triggers — when to clarify, when to stay silent, when to call a human
- Channels — Telegram bot, website widget and Instagram Direct sharing the same logic
- CRM integration — lead card in amoCRM, Bitrix24 or your system with Google Ads UTM
- Conversation log — every chat is stored for review and manager training

// AI · KNOWLEDGE BASE
From a customer question to a lead in your CRM
The bot does not improvise: every answer relies on a line in your base, and edge cases go to a manager.
- The customer writes on Telegram, your site or Instagram in any supported language — the bot finds the answer in the knowledge base
- The bot clarifies 3–5 details: service, volume, district, timing, preferred contact method
- A complete card lands in the CRM and the managers' chat with source, UTM and chat history

Cost depends on the task
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.

Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
What we promise — and keep
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
// HANDOFF · CRM
When the bot steps back and calls a manager
Handoff rules are agreed before launch and refined during the pilot on real conversations.
- Complaints, conflict or negative tone — straight to a manager, no scripted “calming down”
- Off-policy discounts, non-standard orders, medical or legal wording
- The customer asks for a real person — the bot does not argue and hands over with full context
