Telegram bot for a car service centre bay booking without calling the service desk
Customers pick the job and time and send a photo of the problem — the service advisor knows which car is coming and what is wrong before it arrives
A service advisor at a garage is checking cars in, talking to customers and answering calls like “how much for new brake pads” all at once. The bot takes the first line off their hands: job type, car make, model and year, a free slot on the right bay or box, and a photo or video of the problem. The advisor sees the request before the car arrives and can check parts in advance. When the work is done, the customer gets a “car ready” message with the total and pick-up hours.

Garages lose customers on the phone, not in the bay
While the advisor talks to a customer at the reception area, the next call goes unanswered and a driver with a check-engine light heads to the garage next door. The bot takes bookings at any hour: the customer chooses the job, enters the car and sees free slots per bay. The suspension lift, the alignment rig and the tyre box each have their own schedule, and the bot never books two cars onto the same bay at the same time.
Photos and video of the problem save the advisor the most time. From a picture of a leak or a dashboard warning, the mechanic can tell how much time to allow and which parts to check in stock. The bot does not diagnose from photos or quote a final repair price — it collects the details and passes them to the advisor, who replies personally. Standard fixed-price jobs, such as an oil change or seasonal tyre swap, the bot can quote straight from the price list.
The most common call to any garage is “is my car ready yet?”. The bot answers it: the advisor changes the status with a button and the customer gets a message — in progress, waiting for parts, ready for pick-up — with the total and opening hours. Extra work found during inspection is approved through “I agree” or “call me” buttons. After the visit the bot stores the mileage and, after the set interval, reminds about the next service.

The framework of a car service bot
The garage defines bays, job types and durations. The bot reads the bay schedule and never makes the advisor keep a second spreadsheet.

- Bay and box schedule as the single source of free slots
- Advisor alerts for bookings with photos and car details, repeated if nobody reacts
- “Talk to a mechanic” button — the chat moves to a person with its history and photos
- Customer card: car, mileage, job history, next service date
- Payme or Click payment at pick-up, or prepayment for ordered parts

Cost depends on the task
We don't show prices on the site — because the same website for a dental clinic and an industrial plant can't cost the same. First we understand the task, then we quote — that's honest.
What you have now, the goal, your niche. 5 minutes of your time.
We look at what others charge and deliver in your segment — no template solutions.
Transparent quote: scope, timeline, final price. No surprises mid-project.

Price and timeline are locked BEFORE start. No mid-project upcharges.
We take up to 5 projects per month — to give each one full attention
What we promise — and keep
No asterisks, no fine print. Just what we actually do for every project.
We lock them in Telegram before any work begins. No mid-project upcharges. Ever.
Personal admin access — you see every visit and lead in real time. No monthly reports needed.
Ad budget doesn't burn on bots and competitors. It's part of the project, not an upsell.
If the task isn't ours to solve or the budget won't hit your goals — we'll say it upfront and refer you.
