A Mini App is a web screen that opens inside Telegram from a bot button, the menu or a link. Customers browse a grid of services or products, pick a specialist and a time, build a cart and pay via Payme, Click or Uzum. Telegram passes their name and username automatically, so there are no forms. The bot sends the confirmation and reminder back to the chat, and the order lands in one place: your CRM, shift chat or spreadsheet. I work remotely across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the CIS.

When bot buttons are too tight and a native app is overkill
A button bot handles a simple request well: service, day, phone number. But once a salon has five specialists with overlapping slots, or a shop has two hundred items in different sizes, a “1 / 2 / 3” dialogue starts to annoy people and loses them halfway through. A Mini App fixes exactly that: a proper screen with a grid, filters, a calendar and a cart opens inside the same chat. The customer never leaves for a website or searches an app store — everything happens in Telegram, where they already talk to you.
The difference from a native app is how it reaches people. There is no App Store or Google Play listing, no waiting for review on every change, no persuading customers to install yet another icon. Update prices or a screen and the change is live immediately, just like a website. Telegram provides the name, username and language, so no sign-up form is needed. It works the same on iOS, Android and desktop Telegram, while the bot next to it sends confirmations, reminders and order status.
There are honest limits too. A Mini App does not replace a website for Google search: pages inside Telegram are not indexed like a normal site, and people without Telegram will never see it. It is too early if you do not yet have steady inquiries in Telegram, stock is tracked “roughly” and nobody is assigned to process orders — a lead bot or a landing page is the smarter start. I map the scenario on paper first and only then design screens.
