Mini App for food delivery — orders without calls or aggregators
Menu, cart, address and payment in Telegram, with order status sent back to the same chat
In-house delivery in Tashkent usually runs on calls and messages: an operator reads out the menu, double-checks the address and works out the district delivery fee by hand. A Mini App gives customers a photo menu, a cart, address entry that checks the delivery zone and minimum order, and payment via Payme, Click, Uzum or cash to the courier. The order goes straight to the kitchen chat or CRM, and the customer gets status updates: accepted, cooking, courier on the way. Regulars reorder in one tap.

Running your own delivery: where orders get lost
Aggregators bring orders but take a commission and the customer: people remember the app, not your kitchen. That is why many kitchens in Tashkent also run their own delivery through Telegram. The problem is that it depends on an operator who sends menu photos, confirms “no onions”, asks for a landmark and works out what delivery costs to Sergeli versus Mirzo-Ulugbek. At peak hours messages pile up, and some customers simply give up waiting.
A Mini App takes the mechanical part off the operator. The customer opens the menu from the bot or channel, adds dishes with modifiers — size, sauce, “no onions” — and enters an address. The system checks whether it falls within a delivery zone and shows the district fee, minimum order and estimated time. Payment is via Payme, Click, Uzum or cash to the courier. The full order goes to the kitchen chat or CRM without anyone retyping it.
Then the bot takes over: “order accepted”, “cooking”, “courier has left”. Customers no longer need to ask “where is my order?”, and the operator no longer answers it twenty times a night. Saved addresses and a “repeat order” button make life easier for regulars. The limits are honest: a Mini App will not replace an aggregator as a source of new customers, and if the kitchen cannot handle the current flow or couriers are short, a new interface will only speed up complaints.
