Who I am and how UZNEO works

I'm Robert — founder of UZNEO. I started in 2018 in Tashkent. Over eight years I've delivered 50+ projects across Uzbekistan: landing pages, corporate sites, ads, bots, analytics. Right now about 10 companies are in long-term support in different niches. I handle code, websites, and ads myself, without subcontractors: from brief to support. This is not an “agency of 50 people” and not a franchise — one person, a limited client load, and direct responsibility. Below is the timeline, what practice taught me, how the one-to-one format works, and what helps to clarify before the first message. No promises of Google top rankings and no scare stories about the market. The goal is simple: help a business owner in Uzbekistan see whether our format fits — or whether another working model is a better match.
