I'm Shoxrux Akramov. I've been in digital since 2022 — packaging Instagram accounts, building content plans, shooting Reels, running Meta Ads. Over that time — 30+ projects in Tashkent and CIS. Where I started — 2022

I started in 2022 as a content maker for local businesses in Tashkent. First projects were simple — set up the profile, post a couple of Reels, write captions. It quickly became clear: a pretty account without ads doesn't bring clients, and ads without a proper profile burn the budget. My approach — Instagram as a sales channel, not a «gallery»

The biggest mistake people make is treating Instagram as a photo album. My approach is different: the account should sell. 1. Packaging — within the first 3 seconds the profile should answer: «what you do», «for whom», «how to reach you». Without that even good content doesn't work. 2. Monthly content plan — 12 posts and 8 Reels, split across 4 types: image, expert, sales, Reels content. Without a plan you get «Friday, what should we post». 3. Reels — the main reach driver in 2026. Script, hook in the first 3 seconds, editing on trends — I personally watch over this. Not «we shot something on the phone and threw it out». 4. Meta Ads targeting — leads, Direct messages, retargeting on followers. Budget goes to a warm audience, not «to everyone».

Partnership with UZNEO — beyond solo freelance

Design, bio, highlights, CTA. From $50. 3. Monthly content plan — 12 posts + 8 Reels + Stories. Topics agreed 2 weeks ahead. From $1,200/mo. 4. Meta Ads targeting — after the first month of management, when content already works on a warm audience. From $300/mo, ad spend itself is separate and goes directly to Meta. 5. Monthly report — reach, follows, profile visits, link clicks, Direct messages. I don't take everyone. I take clients whose niche and approach match what I do well.
